Q&A: Strategically Positioning Your Mindfulness Business for Workplace Success

Alex Strang and Fiona McKinnon from the Moment Company are back for a hands-on Q&A to help you sharpen your business positioning and boost your impact in delivering mindfulness in the workplace.

Positioning is all about defining how you’re the best at something your market truly cares about. It’s about cutting through the noise and making it crystal clear what sets you apart from the rest.

This Q&A session will explore:

  • Why is positioning so crucial? Are you owning your space, or is your message getting lost in the crowd?
  • How do you position your mindfulness offerings so HR and business leaders see real, tangible value? What positioning challenges are you facing right now?
  • What trends in the workplace could help your mindfulness business stand out? Got any bold ideas we can brainstorm together?

Alex and Fiona will also share a live demo of how they repositioned MomentCo with a brand-new site.

Bring your toughest questions—it’s your chance to join a real-time mastermind session or simply soak up the insights from others.
