Trauma Informed Mindfulness: Pilar Puig Cortada

Pilar Puig Cortada (The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation) will be speaking about Trauma Informed Mindfulness and her work with trauma professional,  David Treleaven.

Pilar is a mindfulness teacher based in Barcelona, Spain. She graduated from the Masters in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Oxford in 2020.

Pilar’s struggles with her own nervous system led her to explore the emerging field of trauma-sensitive mindfulness and to work with leading expert in the field David Treleaven, author of Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. Before becoming a mindfulness teacher, Pilar worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group’s London office.

Pilar teaches Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L) for the general public in Spanish and in English. She is also a teacher trainer with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.

This webinar is free to MWC members. Followers and non-members are welcome to attend at a cost of only £15.00.
