Organisational Mindfulness: A new way of working

Dr Jutta Tobias, Senior Lecturer at City, University of London and Co-Founder of Centre for Excellence in Mindfulness Research (CEMR). Jutta researches and teach’s mindfulness-based interventions to increase leadership and strategic change-readiness.

Mark Leonard, Director, Mindfulness Connected and Strategic Partner at Talik & Co Understanding mindfulness from a social perspective, Mark designs programmes to facilitate culture change in organisations.

Andrew McNeill, founder organisationalmindfulness.co.uk, co-founder Pause Training and Mindfulness Consultant. Andrew is an accomplished senior leader with over 20 years experience in major project leadership, author of “Organisational Mindfulness, a how to guide”.

In a post lockdown world, organisations are having to adapt to new ways of working. Organisational Mindfulness may offer a way of addressing many of the challenges faced by workplaces today whilst improving human connection. In this seminar three of the cutting edge thought leaders and authors in this area will discuss what Organisational Mindfulness is and how it can help.

Jutta, Mark and Andrew will be part of an inspiring panel sharing their knowledge, research and best practice of “Organisational Mindfulness- a new way of working”. This webinar will be facilitated by Jamie Bristow (MI Director). There will be opportunity for Q&A. 

This webinar will be open and free to Mindful Workplace Community Members only.
