MWC Breakfast Session: An Introduction to The Emotional Culture Deck

As part of our sharing forum for mindfulness trainers event series, MWC Member Lotty Roberts is excited to share her knowledge and expertise of the Emotional Culture Deck and how it can add value to your work and workplace.

Lotty is a forward thinker in the field of change, leadership, team performance and organisational culture, with over 20 years’ experience leading and coaching people through large scale change and transformation programmes. During her career Lotty has had lots of hands on experience focusing on the mindset of change and building high performing teams.

Lotty has now founded her own business, ‘Mind U’, where she is devoted to helping companies and individuals build the capability, resilience and ‘know how’ to mindfully lead and navigate themselves in an ever changing, dynamic environment. Lotty is passionate and committed to helping leaders, teams and cultures to thrive and flourish.

Lotty approaches the work she does by bringing her experience as a change leader together with her knowledge of human behaviour and emotional agility in the workplace, along with her training as a registered ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ teacher and ‘Mindfulness in the Workplace’ teacher. She is constantly updating and expanding her knowledge to ensure she can consistently support and bring value to the people she works with.

Lotty has trained with the ‘Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia and NZ’ and ‘Oxford University School of Mindfulness’. She is also a certified ‘Emotional Culture’ specialist and facilitator who partners with ‘Riders & Elephants‘ and has to date run over 50 Emotional Culture workshops in organisations, as well as using it in coaching sessions, key note talks, retreats and even with her own family.

Lotty lives in New Zealand and this breakfast session will be a fantastic way to start your day!
