Intersectional Mindfulness

As part of the Mindful Workplace Community’s continuing ‘Festival of Inclusion’, Miia Chambers (Director, Rainbow Mind) returns to speak for the Community  about mindfulness, intersectionality, and LGBTQI+ issues.

At a time when LGBTQI+ issues have never been more in the spotlight, and with LGBTQI+ individuals experiencing mental ill-health at a much higher rate (as many as 70%) than the average person (one in four people in the population as a whole will suffer in any given year), Rainbow Mind hopes to address the growing need for support in key areas of the UK.

This event will give Mindful Workplace Community members a unique opportunity to ask Miia questions directly about common workplace challenges.

Miia shares their personal experience with an open mind and an open heart. For such insights on how we can learn a better way to be inclusive, if you can, please kindly make a donation to Rainbow Mind (Donation Reference: Rainbow Mind).
