Mindful of Race, with Gunraj Arora

The Mindfulness in Law Group (an MWC partner) is running the following event:

We all have racial prejudices within us; it’s how the instinctive part of the brain is designed. In order to connect with others better we must be aware of what these are. In this interactive session Mindfulness Practitioner and Coach Gunraj Arora offers simple and practical tips for handling this issue in a mindful way so we can better connect with ourselves and others. Come along and experience the benefits of mindfulness in a simple, fun and interactive way.

Gunraj trained and qualified as a solicitor in London before moving to and working in Kenya (also as a lawyer). He developed a keen interest in mindfulness after experiencing the benefits of reducing stress in order to allow him to function better in all areas of his life. This interest grew with him completing a Certification in Mindfulness Teaching. He is now a coach and consultant at Freefort Group.
