Evidence for the Effectiveness of Mindfulness in the Workplace

Megan Reitz and Tim Lomas will be speaking for Mindful Workplace Community members about evidence for the effectiveness of mindfulness in the workplace.

Megan is Director at Ashridge Business School and a facilitator, teacher, speaker, executive coach, researcher, and author dedicated to exploring and finding ways to improve the way we interact with one another in the workplace. You can see her full bio here and watch her 2017 TEDx Talk, How Your Power Silences Truth, here.

Tim is a lecturer in positive psychology at the University of East London, trying to drive the field forward into new, uncharted territory. His research interests include mindfulness and Buddhism and multidimensional positive psychology. He’s also an author of several books, including Mindfulness in Positive Psychology: The Science of Meditation and Wellbeing and The Positive Power of Negative Emotions.

The talk will be followed by a chance to ask the speakers questions, and there won’t be any breakout groups.

This isn’t one to miss!
