The Art of Resolving Conflict Mindfully: Gillian Higgins

In this session, Gillian Higgins (international barrister, mediator, and mindfulness teacher) will share her experience on how mindfulness can help us to develop skills to navigate conflict – at work and home.

The role of mindful listening, the power of self-compassion and the ability to tune in with self-awareness to our own contributions to conflict will be addressed in this interactive session.

The Q&A will be led by Ruth Ormston, Co-Director of The Mindfulness Initiative.
