Sharing Forum for Mindfulness Trainers – with guest speaker Shamash Alidina

This event is free to MWC members and open to followers and non-members for a fee of £15.00.

The theme for discussion will be ‘Using ACT as a tool to explore emotions at work’.

We will draw themes from the book, ‘Emotional Agility’ by Susan David and the work of Shamash Alidina. We will also explore shared learnings from the workshop given by MWC member Lotty Roberts on “The Emotional Culture Deck” and lastly, insights from Erick Rinner’s most recent MWC keynote, ‘Is there too much spice in your emotional soup at work?’.

I’m delighted to share that Shamash Alidina will be joining our session to share his insights on this topic.

Reference material for the session -and your homework before the 6th July! (insert smiley face).

We are fortunate that MWC members Martin Summerfield and Loraine Midda will once again be on hand to brilliantly facilitate this Trainer’s Forum Session.

Free to paying MWC members, £15.00 for non-members, guests and followers.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to really take a deeper dive into exploring tools and techniques that help support our own, plus others’, ’emotional soup’ in the workplace.
