MWC Connect: Monthly Guided Mindfulness Practice Session

This is a new initiative we are trialling to connect MWC members, friends and guests together in a 30 minute, short mindfulness practice with rotating facilitators.

Our first session will be facilitated by MWC advisory board member Tessa McEwan.

Tessa McEwan

Tessa founded Developing Talent Ltd in 2008 to introduce more effective assessment processes and ways of developing people for the benefit of her clients. She is accredited to use market leading psychometric tools such as the Hogan Development Survey. In recent years she has become an expert in developing resilience and workplace mindfulness.

This session will consist of a guided practice, breakout group reflection and plenary sharing.

This sessions is free to members and open to non-members for £5.00 or a small donation. The zoom details will be sent to you once you register.
