Is there too much spice in your emotional soup at work? Keynote with Erick Rinner

This keynote is free to MWC members and open to followers and non-members for a fee of £15.00.

Erick Rinner is a non-executive director and senior trainer of The Potential Project, and in-residence executive at IMD.  Erick is also an executive coach with a particular focus on mindfulness coaching and is a trained mindfulness teacher in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Erick will be speaking about compassion in the workplace, emotional hygiene and how to create a secure and safe space to connect, to ourselves and the people within our work environment. He will share his experiences and techniques to avoid putting too much spice in your emotional soup!

Erick will lead a practice based on curiosity to start to explore some of these themes.
