Blended Learning for Corporate Mindfulness Programmes

Increase the impact of your corporate mindfulness programs and expand your offers using a blended learning approach.

Kudima reports that traditional mindfulness programmes are less popular within the corporate environment and that it is necessary to adapt your offerings to take into account current and changing expectations and learning habits.  They recommend that a blended learning approach can offer a solution in keeping with the times and is also a great opportunity to up-level your mindfulness courses.

By taking a blended learning approach you can:

  • ✔️ Increase the impact of your programmes
  • ✔️ Expand your portfolio with new offers
  • ✔️ Focus on the teacher’s strengths

In this 60 minute webinar, Matthias will explore:

  • ✔️ The strengths and weaknesses of a blended learning approach,
  • ✔️ Understand possible “building blocks”,
  • ✔️ Transform a “traditional” programme into a blended learning journey

You will understand “why” a blended learning approach is more effective including ideas and inspiration on how to structure a corporate mindfulness training using a this method.

We are delighted to welcome Matthias Nitsche the co-founder and Managing Director of Kudima GmbH. Matthias leverages his 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering mindfulness programmes for various audiences and contexts.

He is passionate about creating digital solutions that enable human transformation and well-being, especially in the entrepreneurial and corporate sectors.

His vision is to make mindfulness accessible and impactful for everyone and to support the growth and sustainability of the mindfulness community.
