Mindfulness at LinkedIn and the 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge

Scott Shute, Head of Mindfulness and Compassion Programs and former VP for Global Customer Operations at LinkedIn, will be describing his great success engaging colleagues with 30-day mindfulness practice challenges.

‘With mindfulness, we’re building employees’ capabilities around resilience, self-awareness and growth mindset. With Compassion, we’re working to expand our employees’ capability and capacity for service. Ultimately, the intention is to build these practices and consciousness into the very fabric of the company – how we develop products, how we sell, how we service – in a way that serves our employees as well as our customers.’ Scott Shute.

Scott will be sharing information about October’s 30 – day mindfulness challenge happening, which for the first time will be open to any organisation that would like to take part.

This session will be facilitated by Jamie Bristow (Director, The Mindfulness Initiative) and open to Mindful Workplace Community Members only.

Please contact Theresa Dzendrowskyj, (Director, The Mindful Workplace Community) if you have any questions.
