Developing online communities

Razeea Lemaignen

Razeea Lemaignen has been at GSK for over 12 years and is Founder and Chair of GSK’s Global Mindfulness Network.

Razeea will be speaking on her experience of delivering an online mindfulness programme into a big organisation like GSK. Specifically, how to manage in the current crisis and how to build trust and manage emotional sensitivities.

Ronan Harrington

Ronan Harrington is an experienced online facilitator and meeting designer. He has contributed to online facilitation programmes for WWF and is a contributor to the Virtual Toolkit for Communities for Impact.

For the past three years he has been building an online community of leaders from across Europe called Alter Ego. You can find out more about his work on his website.

Razeea and Ronan will share their experiences and practical tools to support the development of successful online communities.
