The importance of mindful leadership in challenging times

This online webinar (via zoom) will include a panel interview with Michael Von de Geest, CEO EY-Seren and Amanda Hart, Executive Assistant and MBSR Mindfulness Trainer @ EY

Discussion will include:-

– the role of leadership in establishing a mindfulness programme in organisations, also the role of champions and advocates

– pitfalls/challenges of developing a programme

– the value of being proactive at a time of crisis, experience from Covid-19

– sustainability

Conversation will also consider the challenges of demonstrating the value of a mindfulness programme into organisations who are under serious financial pressure and building a business case for mindfulness during the current economic climate.

This online zoom webinar is open and free to Community Members only.

The Zoom link will be sent to all attendees nearer the time.
