How Can We Better Promote Workplace Mindfulness?

We’re excited to announce our next event in the BAMBA Mindful Workplace Community! This session will be led by Mark Roberts, a project manager and freelance consultant, and Monty Cholmeley, a mindfulness trainer for Minding Life Ltd and brand consultant.

This webinar will present the findings of a recent piece of research into Workplace Mindfulness and explore the role that BAMBA and the Mindfulness Community can play in promoting workplace mindfulness.

In this event you will discover:

  1. ✔️ The key challenges that workers face in 2025.

  2. ✔️ How mindfulness is perceived in the workplace.

  3. ✔️ What stops organisations commissioning mindfulness?

  4. ✔️ The modern meditation landscape, its challenges and opportunities.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A after the presentation of the research findings.

About Mark Roberts and Monty Cholmeley

Mark has worked as a project manager for over 25 years and is now a freelance consultant and researcher. His master’s research helped shape the Good Practice Guidelines for mindfulness teachers in the workplace.

Monty has been training MBCT teachers for seven years, has created an innovative and award-winning mindfulness app, and is a brand consultant for some of the world’s biggest brands, specialising in strategic qualitative research.
