Compassionate Mindful Resilience in the Workplace

We are delighted to announce that Karen Atkinson, CEO of MindfulnessUK, will be leading our next event in the Mindful Workplace Community. Karen will be demonstrating the efficacy of shorter mindfulness practices within shorter courses delivered in the workplace in a trauma-informed way for time-poor employees, with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) at its core.

Karen is the pioneer behind the Compassionate Mindful Resilience Programme, which has received recognition from both BAMBA and EAMBA, a significant achievement worth celebrating. During this event, Karen will highlight the impact of this approach in workplace settings and its potential to foster resilience, compassion and well-being.

In this seminar you will

✔️ Understand the relationship between mindfulness and compassion by exploring the Iceberg Model of Inquiry within workplace settings.

✔️ Appreciate how this approach can develop and enhance workplace resilience in a sustainable way.

✔️ Gain more knowledge of the research findings from teaching shorter practices and how these findings are contributing to a shift in workplace health and resilience.

The details are as follows

Date: 29th January 2025
Time: 12:30 – 13:30 GMT
