Mindfulness, Wellbeing and Engagement at Work – Making the Case for Mindfulness Training
We are delighted to share that the next event in the Mindful Workplace Community will be on Thursday 27th June 24.
This webinar will explore how an evidence based understanding of the relationship between mindfulness, wellbeing and engagement at work can boost the case for workplace mindfulness training.
Louise Banham, a British diplomat and senior education expert at the UK Government Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher, will share valuable insights into employee mindfulness, wellbeing and engagement at work.
In this evidence based session, Louise will share the findings from her Masters level research, enabling you to build a robust case for mindfulness training in the workplace and effective ways to measure its impacts.
The session will build your understanding of:
✔️ The key elements of employee wellbeing and engagement
✔️ The relationship between mindfulness, wellbeing and engagement at work
✔️ Which aspects of mindfulness are important to cultivate
✔️ Why measuring mindfulness matters and effective ways to assess the impact of mindfulness training
Expect this to be interactive, happy to take questions in advance to inform the presentation and Q&A
This event is free to MWC annual paying members. Non-paying followers, non-paying members and guests are welcome to attend at a cost of £15.00 or a donation.
Louise has introduced mindfulness to over 4000 civil servants and diplomats, from auditors to Ambassadors, based in the UK and across the FCDO’s global network of Embassies.
