We are delighted to invite ‘Men Talking Mindfulness’ hosts, Jon Macaskill, former Navy SEAL and Mindfulness Speaker, and Will Schneider, Wellness Consultant and Meditation Teacher back to speak to BAMBA and The Mindful Workplace Community.

In this insightful session, Will and Jon will delve into the complex and often misunderstood emotion of anger.

They will explore:

✔️ Not just on what anger is, but on its profound impact on our physiology, emotions, and behaviours, especially within our most important relationships.

✔️ The impact of external factors such as substances and stress but also when and how anger can be healthy and constructive.

✔️ How we can have a greater awareness of our triggers at home and in the workplace and interventions to manage our anger including breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and tips for starting the journey to better anger management.

Join us for this deep dive into understanding anger, mitigating its negative effects, and harnessing its energy for positive change in our lives and relationships.

This lively and informative session will be facilitated by former Mindful Workplace Community Board Member, Robert Chender.

This will be an interactive session and we would like to ask you please to send any questions you may have in advance so that the session can be tailored further to support you and provide a much value as possible.
