Mindfulness and mental wellbeing at work – The NICE guidelines explained: Ruth Ormston

Wading through the NICE guidelines to find the section you want that will be helpful can be a headache.

In this short session, Ruth Ormston (Co-Director, The Mindfulness Initiative) will  focus on the workplace guidelines aswell as touch on other guidelines that mention Mindfulness – for reference and context (for example, depression).

Understanding these may help you in a pitch to a client or to anyone wanting to find out what the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has to say on Mindfulness.

This event is free to MWC members. Members and guests are invited to attend for a fee of £10.00 or donation.

2nd March, 2023 — 12:00pm to 12:45am (GMT)
