Equanimity in the workplace

Dr Joey Weber will discuss the application of equanimity in the workplace and share his insights into barriers to equanimity.

Joey situates equanimity within contemporary mindfulness and highlights the ways in which equanimity moves beyond mindfulness and binds it with compassion.

This session will be facilitated by Alex Reynolds, Quality Engineer & founder and Co lead of the Mindfulness and Meditation Community at Lloyds Banking Group.
