Lessons learned as a Mindfulness Trainer: Maureen O’Callaghan

Maureen O’Callaghan, Community member, entrepreneur and researcher, gave a tremendous presentation on the lessons she has learnt from setting up a mindfulness-based social enterprise and also shared insights from her PhD research on mindfulness, leadership and management.

Maureen shares her journey, her success’s and her challenges and how she overcame them.
