‘The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented shift in lifestyles for us all. Not only are most of us working from home, but our social lives have suddenly moved into the virtual realm too.

Karina Furga-Dabrowska (Partner, Europe Chief Mindfulness Officer, Dentons and MWC Board Member) shares recommendations from MWC’s Corporate Member,  Dentons Global Law Firm, on how to prevent, or recover from zoom fatigue.

Even when we move back to a higher level of office attendance, zooming with clients and colleagues will not go away.
